Woolworths humiliate customer

Apon paying for my goods, i swiped my husbands woolworths card. Previously this has not been a promlem never! I have been using it for 6 months! We have been Woolworths customers for years. Once I've paid and signed, they realize i am a mrs not a mr. They made such a huge scene! Humiliating me in front of all the people at the tills. Unpacking my trolley, reversing my payment! They were so unprofessional and made as if i am a *****! They argue with me, have a terrible attitude and challenged me to lay a complaint. I felt as if i want to stick my head in a hole! This is totally unacceptable, humiliating. How is this even allowed? Disappointed and angry at Woolworths who will probably do nothing. Bad service delivery! I will cancel all our accounts and wont support them again. <br> <br>
