Woolworths horrors

I am writing on behalf of my sister who is very traumatized who had a very traumatic experience at one of your outlets (Woolworths douglasdale)yesterday at around 14:00 she was accused of *****ing infront of everyone whereby her fault was loosing the receipt of the items she wanted to exchange, she was manhandled and being held against her own will without any proof that she stole something,she was held until around 19:00 by kgoshi (manager)and he took her phone and prevented her to call for help and make arrangements for her 5 year old daughter to be taken care of when she returns from school since she wasn't going to be home by the time she returns,all of that trauma created a spiral of problems eg she found her daughter sitting outside in the cold when she got home around 21:00,that behavior will not be tolerated we demand an explaintion before we take a legal route,failer to your response we will be seeking advice on pressing charges of kidnap and defamation of character.
