Woolworths HELP!

Good Day ,

I have app**** 3 days ago for a credit card with Woolworths. Since then i have been through the verification process and also been through the income process, I then phoned and spoke to a lady regarding my application and she said that the application is now with the ID department, now i have submitted my ID and photo's on your website, then received a mail asking to re-submit which i then did 4 times, and yet im waiting for feedback?
