Woolworths Heidelberg Mall

yesterday I went to the Woolworths at Heidelberg Mall to buy bread . I then decided to pay for the bread by the clothing pay point. Then I spotted an item that caught my attention which was a pair of sunglasses and also shoes, I decided to go and fit those items by the mirror near the sleepwear as there next to the shoes there was a mirror but I decided to use the one I've mentioned above because of more privacy, the items I had with me do not require that I fit them in the fitting room, it's just shoes and sunglasses. As I was busy fitting those items a staff member from the store came and stood just a little bit further from where I was fitting she made it a point to stare and pry as if I was about to ***** something. I even looked at her for her to realize that she was disturbing and violating my privacy to fit items in peace. She continued to do that. I then put the shoes back in their place and went to put the sunglasses as well in their place where she had moved to. I then looked at her name tag twice to make sure of her name (Phumzile). I'm disgusted, disappointed and upset at those rude actions and hope that no other customers experience the horrible treatment I got from that one staff member. The other staff were very friendly by the clothes pay point where I paid for the bread. She was just the odd one out. I wish the Manager of the store can speak to her for her to stop her bad actions, If their job is to pry on customers then they must rather let us know in advance. She has ruined the whole shopping experience and image of Woolworths I do not want to be the one who feels bad for going to the store.

I don't expect to be treated in such a manner I'm no ***** and I frequently purchase at woolies and have been for a long time. The security guard is right there and there are alarms in the door. For that lady to do that it's highly unacceptable.
