Woolworths Heidelberg (Gauteng) - thank you!

I have shopped at Woolworths Heidelberg (Gauteng) a number of times (I live in the area), and have only had exceptional service, in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. A friend has also experienced good service. A sales assistant offered (I didn't ask) to get me a pair of shoes in my size from another store, and lived up to her promise. Another employee offered to get me a basket when my arms were full of goods. The security person ran after my friend who left his cellphone on the chair after trying on shoes. The cashiers are always friendly and willing to politely chat and smile. The store manager has a great attitude, and I believe this is one reason why the employees are so friendly.. I myself work in retail, and this is so refreshing to experience, so please, please don't let this attitude and service fade away, Woolworths Heidelberg Gauteng.
