Woolworths hazeldean

I had the worst experience with Woolworths hazeldean branch. I purchased lux soaps three day prior and on my collection day I was told they’re out of stock and I should just do a refund or add more money and buy something else. My question is weren’t they supposed to package my order the moment they saw it than wait and give me excuses on collection date??
