Woolworths have the worst service ever

I bought 2 bags apples from Woolworths from their online store and they delivered me rotten apples for both bags. I laid a complaint and they were supposed to have redeliver fresh ones byt they were never delivered and no explaination was given. Your service is disgusting and unacceptable. How do you sell rotten apples to customers? To make it worse even the lasagna I bought came in deformed shape. Totally disgusting service from you.
