Woolworths have no clue how to deal with identity theft.

Woolworths allows a ********* to open up a credit card on my name. Woolworths calls me to collect their money and I explain I have never opened up any accounts with woolworths, I do an affidavid and submit to woolworths that I never opened an account. Not much happens but then their attourneys start calling me, I explain to them I have never opened an account. They then list me on ITC. So now I cannot get a home bond due to a bad credit rating.

Woolworths ignored my please for help. I contacted woolworths on many occasions, with no real action on woolworths side. I have all the documentation to prove this.

Woolworths are a pathetic company. This happened almost three years ago!!! THREE YEARS to sort this out? Woolworths you are a joke!
