Woolworths has terrible customer service

Their customer service is not helpful at all. I reported an issue on the 22nd of December and it still hasn't been resolved.

I had an item missing from my online order which we only realised when we arrived at home, the person giving us the order confirmed that everything was there and that we needn't check, they even advised of what was not in stock and how that item had been refunded and so didn't check at the store.

Called the branch advised them of what had happened and how I wanted it resolved and they said everything would be sorted. Reported it to customer care as well and they requested further information which I provided and radio silence since then.
