Woolworths has no respect for senior citizens!

Woolworths you should be shameful for how you treat senior citizens! My father is 78 and you guys still and not resloved his issue with his Woolies card worth R2000 that he pays for every month but he’s unable to spend it. We went to Mall of africa last year this time and the staff was very ***********, till today they have not assisted my dad we even went in store with no help!
