Woolworths has become ***********

This has got to be the worst coming from Woolworths for me, i ordered groceries on Wednesday and delivery was scheduled to be on Thursday (26th Aug 2021) from 2-5pm, my orders didn't arrive, i would think that a big retail store as Woolworths would have atleast called/emailed to apologize for not delivering and making proper arrangements. What i got was a lousy sms around 9 at night, and to think they would move me first in line for my delivery on friday they still put me at a timeslot of 2-5pm. They want me to call and arrange a different timeslot, just WOW. What made me more upset is that i complained on their Facebook page and wrote them an email but no answer was given to me, they have inconvenienced me to a point that i ahd to go another formula for my baby cause they didn't deliver the formula that was ordered.
