Woolworths has absolutely no regard for their customers!!

Made an online grocery order on the Dash App on the 26th of September. I did not receive my order, asked for a refund voucher and till this day I’m waiting for a refund. It’s been over 2 weeks of waiting and each time I call im told the finance department has not processed my refund. Absolutely disappointed at the service.
