Woolworths Has A Lot If Distress In My Life.

Woolworths has caused nothing but pain and so much distress in my life over the past 5 months.

This is after I had settled my outstanding balance with them In February, I’ve been making numerous requests if my paid up letter. All I get it’s that my query will be logged and I’ll be receiving my letter ASAP. This is literally since February till to date.

Nit so longer ago I received a communication that I have an outstanding balance and this comes after numerous talks with them acknowledging that I’ve paid up my account.

I feel very violated and disrespect by this company and this treatment bring me no value to trust them.

They’ve held in to tarnish my name with the credit union and they have not sent my paid letter and they still appear on my credit profile as I owe them and this is pure ****.

I feel ****med by this company! Honestly. I really had faith this brand :-(
