Woolworths Harassment

Well its been well over 8 months where i have been receiving smses and calls for a certain Ms Rosinah Mohulatse to pay her account debt. Now i'm not this woman and i dont even know her nor have seen her. I keep getting calls daily with regards to this. i went to woolies in maponya and was informed that they wont be able to access the client information to change anything as I am not Rosinah Mohulatse. Now on the other hand i keep telling these woolies debt collects to remove my number but to no avail. today i get an sms to contact Carmen with regards to claim number: ********** 006 on the telephone number: ********** 200. Spoke to Carmen and she told me ever so rudely that she cant remover my number from their list as I AM NOT ROSINAH MOHULATSE and must go to one of their stores!!!! which is what i have been telling them all along. She then proceeded to hang up on me mid conversation. Now @WoolworthsSA tell me what must one do to remove my number from your stupid data list as i dont owe you and i am not Rosinah Mohulatse????? I have been harassed daily for R288 that she owes at times trice in one day. really this is ridiculous
