Woolworths handed me over after missing ONE month's payment!

I am absolutely appalled by the fact that Woolworths handed me over, to a Debt Collection Company - ARA Group - after only missing ONE month's payment. When I realized that I forgot to make the payment, my card was blocked and I COULDN'T MAKE A PAYMENT - either instore, or on the WW App. I now paid the FULL amount outstanding and will be closing this account with immediate effect. It is a disgrace to treat a loyal costumer this way!
