Woolworths handed account to MBD, the Worst, no customer service at all.

I had an account with Woolworths which was handed over to MBD, I'm trying to settle as I can now, MBD is the worst , they don't know my balance, they asked me to email ***, to this day no one has assisted and email back, my debt counselor is getting no joy from MBD, Im asking woolies to step as the account was open with them.
