Woolworths - grocery weight does not match the packaging

It actually hurts me to write this review. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I have spent a considerable amount of money at Woolworths and always believed their tagline (Woolworths Quality), until I received my order last night. I needed a specific weight of mushrooms for a recipe and had to weigh out the ingredient. To my shock the mushrooms did not weigh 250 grams as the package indicates. It only weighed 235 grams and 230 grams respectively. This includes the 7 grams for the packaging material. I phoned customer services this morning and their response is that I need to speak to Dash, since they delivered it. How does the Dash driver affect the weight of the product. After my experience with the mushrooms I decided to weigh some of the other woolies products in my fridge. 3 Packs of broccoli also did not match the weight billed. Customer services response: The barcode you gave me does not match the product you purchased. How is that my problem? I took videos of the 5 x items and I'm shocked at their blase response and lack of customer focus.

I am really disappointed in my previously favorite 'brand'.
