Woolworths Greenery no ice coffee machine for months

I am appalled that it has been months on end that woolworths at the Greenery in Polokwane has not had their ice coffee/ice latte machine functional. Polokwane barely has any retail services and the greenery which is convenient and the woolworths is outside to do a quick grab and go does not seem to be doing anything about this. It does not take months to get things in order. It just shows a lack of interest to me. It's become frustrating.
