Woolworths Greenacres shopping mall horrible customer service

It is a shame to spend your money at a store but they are not willing to account for their fall downs. I will never go to woolworths nor anyone from my family. They sold a dirty item to me and they are refusing to take it back. Between myself and the cashier no one noticed it was dirty until I saw at home a week later.

The arrogance from the manager who claimed customer service is her department and therefore she will protect it at all cost!!! At my cost in other words. I didn't buy that item on credit. I have paid cash for it.

This is sick. We continue supporting businesses that has no best interests of the customer...unless it depends what kind of the customer you are????

I left that store feeling like I borrowed money from them. No one thought the item could have been fitted several times on the shopfloor. All I know is I must have the answers of something I know nothing about. What a shame. Woolworths do better!
