Woolworths Greenacres....horrible to say the least

Visited the Woolworths Greenacres store on Wednesday the 1st of june with my 3 year old son. i had to exchange the jacket i bought him the day before, for a bigger size. There were no staff members (not a manager nor sales assistant ) visible in any of the children's wear departments. NONE. as i proceeded to look for the size i needed , there were two other men also trying to (what seemed to me at the moment) get some assistance from any members of staff, as they were having difficulty finding sizes of the items they were carrying. I got what i needed and then proceeded to the infants section...also still no staff members anywhere, and the same men were now clearly lost as they were walking with older boys garments but were searching for it in the sizes 2-3 yr old. They asked where they could go for any assistance...and i then took it upon myself to explain to them that the older boys department only cater for approximately 7 years and above and therefor they wont find the items they had in the sizes they needed...i proceeded (with my 3 year old son)to show them where they could however get the 2-3 year old clothes...still no staff member insight. after all of this a member of staff whom worked in homewear approached me and we had a brief conversation. i proceeded to the till and when i got to my car i realised my cellphone was missing. the men whom i assisted clearly took advantage of the opportunity to pick pocket my cellphone from my bag...and if i hadnt been doing the job of a woolworths employee while attending to my son, i wouldve been more vigilant and noticed that i was being taken advantage of. i've been a loyal customer and have always enjoyed woolies...but i was violated and am disgusted at their horrible staff management. staff hanging on railings while these departments in particular are vacant from staff members, as i went to lodge a complaint on thursday the 2nd of june, and again staff members were chatting their way through in the men's department, the store manager was on lunch, the ops manager was in office and after searching for 10 -15 minutes i spoke to a gentleman who is possibly the textile manager...i told him my story and was was informed that they were short on 3 staff members....seriously...3? while the remaining staff can huddle arround in certain departments and entertain themselves by not working? While mommies who shop with their children, and who are obviously occupied with shopping and attending to their children are targeted, because woolworths are short of 3 staff members? i was a soft target, and how many other customers would this happen to? how many other mothers? i'm utterly disgusted!!!!!
