Woolworths, Greedy, inconsiderate of their consumer's

Orderd on the 5th Jan 2024 didn't receive my delivery was told ill get refunded within 3-5 Business day, its the 16Jan I still have not received my money. They are blatantly keeping my money, no communication I have been calling almost everyday all I get is it will be escalated. Woolworths is the worst when it's time for them to pay back what's due to us, I've noted a couple of complaints regarding refunds. Like wat does one have to do to get their money back. It's very inconsiderate considering the fact that it's not an easy month for some of us. You are very selfish and inconsiderate honestly. Can I have my money back.
