Woolworths Glengarry Aminah Fortune

Woolworths Glengarry,

I went to Woolworths Glengarry today. Bought a combo deal - (egg noodles, stir fry and stir fry sauce for R55,00). This promo was on the packaging of all three products as well on the shelf. I made sure that I had the correct products. When I got to the till they charged me R72.00. I asked the cashier, Lamla, why this promo did not go off. She went to the shelves and came back and said that it was incorrect and the promo should have gone of. She called her supervisor Aminah Fortune. She also went to the shelves and looked on her computer and said that I took the wrong flavor of stir fry sauce, and I would have seen my mistake if I looked at their promo website. I am now a bit confused.....If the products is marked with a description as well as the shelves, why must I go on Woolworths website to see if the shelves and products is correctly marked??? I also bought their Green vegetables medley (2 for R45). The charged me R53.98. Please be warned........1.) check Woolworths website BEFORE you do your shopping at Woolworths Glengarry 2.) check the prices at the cashier (do not accept what price is on their products 3.) Do not do your shopping on the days that Aminah Fortune is on duty - she is rude and very sarcastic and treat the cashiers and clients very bad.
