Woolworths Glen Garry

Bought Rump steak in December 2019.Put it in rhe refrigerator for later use.Took it out last night to cook.When i took it out of the vacuum pack, the quality was terrible.There were big pieces of fat and sinew,but it was packed with the fat side to the bottom.When i took it back to Woolworths Glen Garry Portia told me the manager says she can't refund me.I asked to talk to the manager.Mrs.Clayton came to me and said she can't refund me because i bought it in December and it is allready January.I told her it is unacceptable.It shouldn't matter when i bought it,the quality is poor.Eventually i got a refund.Really Woolworths,do you now want to tell your clients when to use the products that they purchase.If it was my fault and the meat was not as fresh as it was in December i can understand,but if it is inferior quality ?REALLY???
