Woolworths Gift Voucher bad service

I was sent Woolworths gift vouchers on the 28th May as a gift , order ref o***, On the 14th June i tried to use the vouchers and was simply told the vouchers have not been loaded. The sender of my gift is extremely embarressed as was i at the Woolworths store. The sender of the gift has been querying with Woolworths with no success. My advise to anyone wanting to send a nice gift, give Woolworths a miss and send a Shopping Centre voucher. Woolworths is not what it used to be.
