woolworths gift card internal *****

my wife was given a gift card with a R1000 from her company in November 2020 we only decided to use it this month to our surprise the card had already been used in durban for 700 odd and than the same day in fourways paddocks for the R200 odd balance. Nobody had access to the card. im not sure if someone from woolworths picked up the card had not been used and decided to duplicate it or something but i am not going to leave this R1000 is alot of money. this is pure ***** and i am going to open a case for *****
