Woolworths gift card

This is the fourth time weve had an empty gift card delivered. This time chocolates and roses wont cut it. In all honesty. How can a huge company like woolworths have terrible service like this. I asked they guy who works in the online department what wouldve happened if i ordered groceries, would they pitch up at my doorstep with empty plastic bags. There was no way any one could assist me with the problem. Like i said fourth time around. Rather extend the delivery time and make sure the card gets deliverd in working order. This is so pathetic. Ive wasted my time going there, my airtime and my petrol. Pathetic!!!!!!!!! Pathetic service!!!!!!!!
