Woolworths Gateway Umhlanga shopping mall bad customer service

I love Woolworths shoes - they are of high quality. I went to the shoe department of the Woolworths Gateway Umhlanga Ridge shopping mall with the intention to buy a few pair of shoes! The shoes I saw were lovely but the set up of the shoe department is horrific!!! A large sortiment of shoes but only 2 chairs to sit on and 1 mirror in the entire shoe department!!! The management did not think anything! I as the customer want to sit when I try on shoes and want to see myself in the mirror with the new shoe. This was yesterday not possible as both chairs were constantly occupied and always someone standing in front of the only existing mirror in the shoe department! I was fed up and left Woolworths! The management needs to upgrade the shoe department and provide more seating AND mirrors!!!
