Shout out to Ronelle and LoLo from Woolworths Gateway for such excellent service.! Buying an expensive fragrance is not just about smelling good but you want to get your moneys worth. I bought a Chanel fragrance from Woolworths gateway and I wasn’t happy with its performance I went back to the Woolworths store at Pavilion and they were not willing to assist me with my queries and the beauty department manager bluntly told me to go back to the store I had bought the fragrance from disappointedly I went back to gateway and spoke to Ronelle who resolved me issues timely and kept me in the loop all the time.
