Woolworths - from good-priced quality to over-priced inferiority

I am absolutely appalled at the quality of Woolworths products these days. I always shopped there specifically due to the quality. Now, the prices are exhorbitant and the products cheap and nasty. I will give two recent examples: The first is their Fruit Mince Pies, which literally had less the half the filling in them - there was just a gaping hole above. I tried complaining to customer services, who ignored me. Tweeted the issue - got a response to get hold of customer service, who merely ignored me again. I then, approximately 2/3 months ago, bought two duvet sets, striped and closing with buttons that folded into the join to close the duvet. The one (maroon stripes) already has a pillow with a tear in it. The second one in teal stripes has already had two buttons come off, But obviously Woolworths has so little regard for their actual customers, that it is not even worth lowering themself to reply.
