Woolworths - from bad to worse

On the 24th September i went to the Woolworths store in Doonside and picked up two of the same item. Upon arrival at the teller, I realised that the one item was on promotion and the other wasn't. So I asked the teller why this was so and she rep**** that it was because it was different - so I pointed out to her that it was the exact same product. i asked for the store manager and she completely ignored me. Then she went to the isle and had a big fat long conversation in zulu with her colleagues not knowing that I was watching her. She eventually came back saying that the store manager was offloading a truck so I said I'd wait. She then proceeded to scan the items that were on query and then argued with me that I had said she must proceed. All this interaction with a very bad attitude. Denzil arrived a short while later and apologised for this lady's lack of people skills and asked me for my details. It's now the 5th October and he still hasn't advised what action has been taken and if this lady has been properly trained to deal with customers like I asked him to. Shocking service from the teller all the way to the store manager!!!! First time I ever received such poor service!!
