Woolworths fresh produce not so fresh

I spend between R7000 and R12000 with Woolworths monthly, yet they dont seem it important enough to get back to me or reply to my enquiries. They have a huge problem with their fresh produce. In the past couple of months I get a rotten fruit in each and every fruit parcel, bag, punnet I purchase. I contacted them via phone, email and social media, yet they want to put me, the client, through the ringer. I photo and receipt is not good enough for them. Appalling!!!!
