Woolworths ***** Department Pathetic

The ***** department is so damn useless. I filled a dispute form in February they sat and done nothing about it! No reference number nothing! Then I followed up in store and they cant help me. Every time i make a payment someone is using my account. wheres the compliance here?! I called to query and they give me dates for when the money will be put in the account and the interest charged since the dispute would be dropped BUT nothing has happened my account is billing up and then financial services call me almost everyday and I have to explain this to so many different people. I ask to speak to management they give excuses like they working from home. Today I called the fruad department and I spoke to Melissa and she tells me the manager and the lady that I spoke to on friday (Yasmin/jasmin) are unavailable. How ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first theres a data breach and then you cant resolve a simple issue. Pathetic! I will never shop at woolworths again! too afraid of another ***** and they take things too lightly.
