Woolworths *****

I'm very alarmed at the customer service woolworths provides. I have been trying to make them aware of duplicate accounts and someone else's account reflecting under my name. I've gone into a woolworths store, spoke to the call centre, I've emailed the same things numerously all to no avail. No service yet this could be impacting my credit record and I won't leave this as is.
