Woolworths for quality?

In South Africa we think that, if we want quality or perhaps something more upmarket, go to Woolworths. NOT so. I purchased slippers which always looks dirty, as it collects dirt and fluf. I was of the impression that a Woolworths Buyer would have training, to buy well for the client. So, I have to conclude, yet again, that, we as clients have to now also do the buyer's job. I think this is sad. Woolworths another company who does not care about the client. In this deteriorating economy, how long will Woolworths get away with it?
