Woolworths Foodstop

We went to the Woolworths Foodstop at the Engen Oranje Convenience Centre Cape Town on Saturday 11 March 2023. I purposely went there for a Woolies pie and for a coffee as I'm accustomed to receiving quality food and service from Woolworths.

I was very disappointed by the both the service and quality. We ordered a burger pie and a large cappuccino. The lady that served us told me to warm my coffee in the microwave. I'm completely shocked. A R31 coffee is served and sold which the staff member instructs the customer to heat in the microwave on the way out. The pie had a piece of meat in it with barely a teas**** of sauce and was dry. This was a burger pie.

The cashier didn't greet or stop her conversation with her colleague while we paid.

I purposefully went to the Woolworths Foodstop expecting Woolworths exceptional quality. This was the worst customer service and food I've ever had.

Now to top it off I sent an email to Woolworths on Saturday, 11 March 2023 and then received a reply requesting which Engen we'd gone to when it was in the header of my email and I'd attached a copy of my till slip to my email but I responded to the email immediately and to date have not received any feedback.
