Woolworths Foods Branch not up to standard

This review is for one specific Woolworths Food branch only as my other experiences with Woolworths has been of high quality. This review is about the Woolworths Food in Gift Acres, Lynnwood Road, Pretoria.

Firstly I noticed that the shop was poorly stocked but thought it may be as a result of lock down but walking past the bakery section I saw one of the employees resting her head on her arms on the counter. When I approached the counter the other employee ignored me completely. I was the only shopper at the counter. I enquired about the freshly baked pies and was ignored once again. Thinking that they may not have heard me I spoke again. None of the two even looked in my direction, talked to each other and ignored me even further. So I walked away.

At the till, again I was met by a till attendent that did not greet me, all she said was..platic bag?

I shop at Woolworths not because they are cheep but for the quality of their food and for the quality of the overall experience. I see there has been a couple of complaints about the exact same thing for the same branch on Google Review.
