Woolworths Food sucks as a health food store and upper class grocery store.

The stock keeping is usually pretty bad location to location. They are absolutely terrible (in general) keeping stock of their most popular products. They also suck with delivery and do not even offer home deliveries like Checkers and PnP even though they have the means.

They are always the last to open in the mornings and the first to close when something such as heavy rain, cold weather, or literally anything out of the ordinary occurs.

They mistreat their staff making them work really strange hours. I swear, they need to find a better scheduling system so that their poor staff do not end up working from 9am to 6pm. Come on...

They need to reprice their prepackages fruits, too, and maybe consider not using plastic so heavily since they are supposedly "green" I mean that is why so many locations force you to get the "green" fabric bags that cost anywhere from R5-R9, right??

Woolworths, you also need less expensive paper bags if you are really green because this is just ridiculous. Also, how about changing it up with your foods every once in a while? I see the same things year round and it is depressing and boring. Keep the best sellers and then dump the things that do not sell. How about plain peppermint candy canes at christmas or a larger variety of desserts at literally any point in the year? Godd*mn you people are unoriginal. Every shop is so cheap and boring, and you are no exception.
