Woolworths' Food poor online and delivery system.

Woolworths Food is a great retail shop, but is not meant for Online shopping and delivery. It seems like they still can't get it right after almost 2 years of the state of disaster. I would have thought with their amazing product that they would also like to be good at delivering. When ordering from them you have to wait for the products to arrive at your door for between 1 and 5 business days, and the selection that they offer online is much less than what is available in the food store. I am very disappointed, because I am mainly homebound and therefore have to rely on other retail shops with a lesser quality that will deliver fast. (E.g. Checkers)

Also the online experience is not really user friendly
