Woolworths food - no client support

I have bought gluten free bread and rolls for years now. In the last 2-3yrs especially, I have noted several times that the rolls and the bread inside are hollow. For the price charged, this does not seem fair. I have brought it to the attention of some staff who tried to help, but are not the main roleplayers. This week I bought rolls and again, 2 of the 4 are completely hollow inside. No one responds to this complaint. It would really be appreciated to get SOME feedback and attention to the matter, since many others must be having the same experience.
