I would like to commend the excellent service I received at Woolworths Food Fish Hoek in Cape Town from Sarah and Casey-lee with a problem I experienced with a gift card exchange. This was not an error on Woolworth's part but these two lovely ladies went over and beyond to assist me with the utmost patience and efficiency to resolve the problem.
