Woolworths food Faramere the Square

Horrible experience and service and approach to customers. I had to leave without my family's food which is totally disgusting and utmost inconvenient. Had to go somewhere else to buy dinner. The amount was already taken off my account and is now not reversed and was incorrectly tendered and I do not see how that is our problem. You guys have no idea about customer service..
