Woolworths Food Bad Customer Service and Experience (Woolworths ***)

To whom it may concern.

We all know we pay Woolworths premium prices for their unique and relational customer service and experience. However, the Woolworths customer service team has failed to acknowledge or resolve my issues for months, hence i am on this platform for the first time.

I had bought chicken strips from Woolworths at Greenstone Mall. Upon arrival at my home and opening the box to cook them, all were severely frozen with ice all around. I had to defrost them thoroughly but then they were soggy (as one would expect). I reached out to Woolworths customer service team and they offered no assistance. In fact they decided to ignore me after an initial email response. I have proof of the emails and pictures of the product which i can share.
