Woolworths Fly in food

On the 4th of February I bought a big pack of corn ribblets for a braai at Vanderbijlpark Woolworths food. I have immediately inform Woolworths customers care aswell as social media the same day when we wanted to open the packed to braai that there was flies in the sealed pack. I got a reference number and got asked if I got the packed for someone to come and pick up. I Never heard of them again in the meantime I must keep fly invested food to prove to them that I'm not lying and no response or feedback from anyone.I'm disappointed in the way they handled this and don't take it serious enough or don't feel the need to get back to me the client who have been supporting Woolworths for years and do ALL my daily shopping at Woolworths! I would be lying if I say that I will stop bying from them but all I ask is treat your customers with respect,come back to them and don't keep them on a string!
