Woolworths fly and hair in my food

I have been having numerous problems with Woolworths food. I have discovered a strand of hair in my good, even a fly inside a vegetable packet. Woolworths quality seems to be going down and so is their customer service. I have tried to call and email their customer service regarding my dissatisfaction but I have recieved no response.
