Woolworths financial services - Woolworths no SERVICE!!!!

I have made 5 calls to Woolworths financial services over the past few days to get a paid up letter from them. I have also visited their Bloemfontein branch without any sucess. This morning I phoned again and they simply tell me that their turn around time is 5 days and the lady I spoke to put the phone down in my ears.

My account was settled more than a year ago. I will report this to the NCR as this is not in line with the basic TCF principles.
