Woolworths Financial Services USELESS employees

If I could rate it 0 i would. These people have been giving me the run around about my refund. They keep sending me from one department to another. My account was paid up last year November, April of this year they added charges to my account, in inactive account to be exact, to which i paid it. I had also requested a paid up later November last year, to no avail. They only sent the letter to me April of this year after i queried the amount i overpaid. Since then, they have been sending me from one department to another. They are refusing to pay me my money. I dont want to mention names of the people i already spoke to, and just didnt do their job. The worst service ever from Woolworths.
