Woolworths Financial Services Spam

I signed up for a Woolworths store card, and received the card on 18 January. To this date I still received daily communications via email and SMS to collect my store card or stating my account has been approved. It's been going for 2months and it seems their back office is incapable of fixing the problem, or they just dont care enough to invest time and money to resolve it.
