Woolworths Financial Services shocking service!!

Woolworths Financial Services has mixed up e-mail addresses and my email address is allocated to someone that is not paying their account. I have tried numerous times to correct this as I’m inundated with emails from Woolworths requesting payment. They have confirmed by using my ID number that I don’t have a store card but the email address is not corrected. I continue to receive emails. This is highly frustrating.
