Woolworths financial services ruining my credit score with incorrect information

My Woolworths account is fully paid. As well as all of my accounts. I have full clearance letters. I was under debt review from July 2017 to June 2020.

I received clearance in June 2020. Looking at my credit report - it is an absolute, utter mess. Due to Woolworths stating I missed 8 payments. All of my payments were being paid by Debt busters and Hyphen pda. I never missed a single payment with them. Now Woolworths is stating I missed all of these payments. I was personally not paying my creditors - Debt Busters and Hyphen pda were!!

I'm very confused as to why my credit report says I missed 8 payments on my Woolworths account - all accounts were under review with Debt Busters and Hyphen pda paying everything on my behalf for those 3 years. My credit score looks appalling due to this mess. How am I supposed to get credit or another vehicle with this mess? I have to dispute all of this as Debt busters were supposed to make all my payments during that time.

This stays on my record for 3 years and it's an absolute mess. Woolworths must fix this as it is not correct and is truly ruining my credit score in its entirety and messing up any chances of me getting credit and a good credit score.

So advise me how you will fix this and tell all the credit bureaus that this is not correct information??????
