Woolworths Financial Services pushing other companies to benefit

Woolworths financial Services are the worst financial institution I have ever come across. I phoned them to make an arrangement to pay my account then was advised to go to the store, which I did and I paid just to get X 10000 more calls from a collection agency on the updated details I volunteered to update. The advisor at Woolworths was pushing this company as if she has shares in them. I paid the amount due but I was treated like I was running away from my duties. Just to be told I can't shop at Woolworths anymore..... As if I do them a favour to shop there !!!
